He turned up to collect the order of "FISH BITES" and other things they had wrapped the rest of our order but said they had no fish bites and were expecting us to get fish instead! this happens quite often and they never even apologised for the inconvenience or confusion. This fish shop has gone right down hill since Reese left and management was taken over. The new owner is so far up her own backside and treats customers like something trodden in I am very surprised they get any repeat business. We certainly will never go back here whilst under this owner.
